With the approval of the NIS2 law, we discovered with a long process (interviews, Business Canvass models,...) that there is a possible space for a product with small and medium business.
This product is designed to solve burocratic problems of SMB.

I partaked on ideation and realization of the product. It was very interesting to built with some others designers the market exploarative phase, using different technique and tools and canvas model. We ended up building also pivot product landing page on Linkedin to see how a segmented public would react to a possible product.
Results where so promising that we soon began to interview people and then building up Desgn System, wireframes and then final UI.
For this NIS2 compliance project, starting from scratch required a well-structured design approach to ensure scalability and collaboration.
I established a centralized Design System file, synchronized with dev guys through a customized export plugin and then with Git, as the single source of truth, enabling consistent access to shared components across all related files.
To enhance flexibility and adaptability, I adopted a three-tiered structure for variables, inspired by Smashing Magazine and above all Joey Banks' model, organizing them into foundational, semantic, and component levels.
Additionally, the Figma document was meticulously organized to include every possible asset and annotation needed by developers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient implementation of the design.
