Cybersecurity Dashboard

New way to interact with cyberecurity

Cybersecurity Dashboard

portfolio

Together with C25, a DuskRise brand, I spearheaded the design of a cutting-edge cybersecurity dashboard aimed at revolutionizing threat monitoring and response for businesses. This case study delves into the challenges faced, the iterative design process.

Client: Cluster25
Project Type: Product identity
Start Date: January 2022
End Date: May 2024

The challenge

DuskRise recognized the need for a comprehensive cybersecurity dashboard that not only provided real-time insights into threats but also offered a user-friendly interface for efficient monitoring and response.

The challenge was to create a solution that catered to the diverse needs of cybersecurity professionals while ensuring ease of use and accessibility.

Research & Discovery

To gain deep insights into user needs and pain points, extensive user research was conducted.

This included interviews, surveys, and usability testing with cybersecurity analysts and professionals.

Key findings revealed the importance of customizable dashboards, real-time threat alerts, and actionable insights for effective decision-making.

Design process

  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Leveraging insights from research, wireframes were developed to outline the dashboard's layout and functionality. Prototypes were then created to validate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders.
  • Iterative Design: Through an iterative process, multiple design iterations were explored, focusing on refining the user interface, enhancing information architecture, and optimizing workflows. Continuous user testing and feedback loops ensured that design decisions were grounded in user needs.
  • Visual Design: The visual design phase aimed to create a clean and intuitive interface that prioritized usability without compromising on aesthetics. A modern color palette, clear typography, and intuitive iconography were employed to enhance user engagement and readability.
The project was a long marathone and opened to clients even before all sections were completed. That's the reason why it was in a continuos onworking status. To be able to achieve our goals and stay on the deadlines we built a solid Design System in Figma, using a three layer of Variables.
